Scoop's 'Goose Gets Let Loose

Well...

FBD has done it again. And, like any other virtuoso, subtleness has been his forte...

With only a coat of 2-pac clear over the naked CF frame, FBD has given this little beauty a permanemt wet look. The Performance Rocketry's all Carbon Fibre 38mm minimum diameter kit was picked up during the 2008 Florida Winternationals event Smoke Rise II from Tim Lehr's Wildman Rocketry tent.

...and by tent, I mean a 30 something foot RV with accompanying 20 foot air conditioned trailer.

Another prominent characteristic on this little puppy is the graphite nosecone that features a rather sexy aluminium tip...

Can you call a rocket sexy? Is that right? That doesn't make you whining homophobes insecure does it?

It not only makes the rocket look cool but let's face it, this kit is designed to go supersonic and if you want to go Mach 1.4 with any regularity, exposing it to forces equivalent to dropping a 3 pound gimpy on it, a balsa tip just ain't gonna cut it.

Everythng about this rocket screams fast. Even the black Pro-Line Epoxy gets those that see it a bit week at the knees. This rocket is going to look freaking awesome with something fiery coming out of its motor mount. Can't wait to see it fly.
