| Scoop Certifies to TRA Level

Scoop was the small fish in a big pond today at the Tripoli
West Palm launch day held at their Roth Farms site
in Florida - USA. The “Ozzie” was using the event to attempt
an unprecidented dual certification – two cert levels
in the one day with Giant
Leap Rocketry's Sport model 'Elipse'. Gob smacked
sepo’s were heard to be both shocked and awed at the seemingly
successful launches. Scoop had this to say: “Look, aahhh,
it’s a very masculine rocket – curvylinear infact. And
I think that’s what helped me to aahhh, pull it off.”
Rumours have it that fellow rocketeers back home are pissed
that Scoop went elsewhere to do his certifications.
Fridge: “I’m pissed that he went elsewhere to do his certifications.
We’ve got perfectly good ADVANCED rocket clubs over here
with EXACTLY the same certifications. I mean, what’s the
go?”
After researching the subject further, it turns out that
Australians are having trouble with getting the J motors
required as a minimum to do the Level 2 Certification.
During the course of the interview with CGN Member Fridge
– he abruptly walked out, kicking my sound recordist.
Fridge: “J motors! Ha! Try: having trouble getting H’s
and I’s! I had to wait 11 weeks just to get an order of
E’s in. It’s bloody ludicrous! Striving
for mediocrity. That’s the problem. It’s just crap.
Here, have your damn microphone. I’m outta
here. Outta my way squeezer”
